Refletindo sobre os desafios de 2007
Como muita gente faz, estou esperando o primeiro dia de 2007 para iniciar algo mais sério e objetivo. Já tomei algumas decisões, como mudar meu tipo de treinamento, não treinar mais aos Domingos (para poder sair aos Sábados) e principalmente respeitar mais meu corpo para não precisar tanto de fisioterapia.
A primeira prova do ano deverá ser a "Volta à Ilha" de Florianópolis (14/04). Montamos uma equipe legal, de gente comprometida e sem neuras com tempo, ou seja, será divertido com o desafio de sempre. A prova é indescritível... nessa foto eu estava no meu primeiro de 3 trechos, total de mais de 21km...
