It's been a long time since I last posted. I've been trying to gain weight for one year now and after achieving the historical mark of 10Kg heavier than I was during the NYC marathon, I decided to restart my aerobic trainings in a regular basis.
Exactly one week before flying to the US, I went running to "Lagoa" the nearest park from my home where people who live in Campinas usually go for walking, running and biking. It was painful, I should say but it's a restart, couldn't be any different.
