10:00am The day started sunny and I received a call from a friend complaining that I didn't show up at "Lagoa" for the usual sunday morning training session that I used to have. Well, I'd given it a thought about going but my legs still ache from yesterday's session so I decided to rest until the end of the day and check later if I'm good to go.
18:00 I decided to stay at home although something in me still keeps saying "go, go, go", hehe. Outside I can hear some signs of yet another summer storm.. I'll definitely miss that when I go into winter next week..

But today I will stay at home.
