My Life in the US: First walk around
Hoje esquentou (8C), saiu um solzinho e resolvi dar uma passeada pelas redondezas do condomínio. Qual foi a minha supresa: cinco minutos caminhando ao longo do rio Schuylkill, que consigo ver da minha janela, eu estava em uma das entradas do Valley Forge National Historical Park, com espaço para picnic e início de várias trilhas para bike e corrida... dio mio, que dádiva morar aqui. Mesmo com o frio, muitas pessoas caminhando, correndo e pedalando. Logo logo serei um deles! ;-)
O Rio Schuykill pode me levar de caiaque daqui até às portas do Philadelphia Museum of Art, cujas escadarias foram emprestadas para um dos treinos mais importantes do Rocky o lutador. Aguardem-me, no verão eu vou fazer essa façanha e subir as ecadas "a la" Rocky!
